Two Days in the Valley
Q:Hi QueenBee!

We need your esteemed help!

A bunch of friends are headed out to Los Angeles for some much needed R&R.
But, like all tourists, we don't know what's what. So...my question to you...Would please please make a couple of suggestions for cool bars / dance spots for us to go to (and ones that we can get into without knowing anyone, of course!)?

Thank you for your time and for your help.

L.A. is NOT a town where you can have cool AND know no one at the same time.
You've GOT to do your homework before you arrive.

Good news is most spots that are hot in L.A. will take reservations so what you should do is ring up the spots you find on HipGuide
that sound good to you and plan out an itinerary in advance.

For example, White Lotus has dinner and dancing and takes reservations well in advance.
Dolce is also a favourite of mine. And right now (1/04) the Monday party at Cinespace is the bomb.

Also leverage your hotel's concierge.
Staying at a good hotel, such as the Avalon, has its advantages.
Their inside track and perfect selections will help open doors for you.
When you arrive, tell them what you're looking for and let them help...

Have a faboo time in sunny L.A.!
