Brits know this classic shop with its many, many outposts in the UK but here in the U.S., this is the first of their stores. As a flagship, this spot appeals to all those who love the casual, wore- in appeal of such spots as American Eagle or Abercrombie but perhaps with a bit more edge. From Japanese inspired t- shirts (the owners thought up their shop idea while out in Japan) to the apron dresses for girls to canvas messenger bags for guys to simple leather biker jackets for both (superbly priced at around $300 each), it's no mistake that this place is next to NYU and we think that it's just a matter of time before the crowd that wants the next best look (that so far not too many have) will be getting all their basics here. Already we're seeing their denim and plaids everywhere.
