After many years setting the trend in the fashion industry, Pat Field finally has her dream space. In the first store she completely owns (no more renting!) she has taken her former split level home and expanded it all the way out to Elizabeth Street, along with turning her garden into an indoor/outdoor experience flooding the retail space and beauty salon with natural light. Here she continues to carry her eclectic selection of designers, such as Noir, Boy London, Dalrymple Laforge, House of Field for Keith Haring, and Daang Goodman's Tripp NYC, now displayed amongst much of her personal art collection. And a come- one, come- all experience that defies homogeneity has made this a great hang- out. At once capturing New York at its most creative and accepting, the store both looks back to the 80s and forward to up and coming experimental talent many seasons before you'll see it on the big runways. The costume designer behind Sex and the City and The Devil Wears Prada is so known, so influential that it means that here tourists mix with club kids mix with designers and we just love that.
