Henry Stimler and the Line Group's spot The Raven opened as the toast of September 2013 #NYFW. Rita Ora, LL Cool J, Paul Haggis, Maxwell, Luca Orlandi, Moises de la Renta, Charlotte and Samantha Ronson all traipsed through in a matter of days. This spot also hosted the V Files party and has had Paul Sevigny come to spin of course. With blue sofas, red velvet walls, and amber gold lighting the spot is meant to invoke the Edgar Allan Poe poem, though the only horror might occur when you run out of champagne. Fortunately the low-ceilinged spot is boutique in size with amply solicitous service so the likelihood of this happening is quite small. In addition to the usual late night grooving, the spot is also trying something different with its entry; guests have been spotted with ITA's leather, metal and calf hair bracelet cuff as the ultimate in subtle key card. A cuff guarantees the wearer entry to the bar.
