The Malta brothers, Bobby and Rico, and their pal Demey Partridge have a hot hot hot spot. Designed by Lionel Ohayon and Nicholas DeSarno (Goddess, Crobar, Deep), and host to such fetes as the Monster premiere party and Tommy Mottola's Casablanca Records shindig, the spot has brought in Woody Harrelson, Rebecca Romijn- Stamos and Denzel Washington. Being in Page Six with gossipy happenings nearly every other day (such as during the Jennifer Nicholson Fashion Week party) keeps the beautiful and the famous plucking at the velvet rope. Local skankster Ethan Hawke has also been seen using Viscaya as his own personal dating service scouting oogling the chic clientele, clearly hoping they'll "forget" about his past after a few cocktails...
