From the people who brought you Dime, this West Hollywood lounge is a tiny spot that in appearance is just like all the unmarked bars popping up in NY. But the filament light bulbs and exposed brick walls surround actors (such as Penelope Cruz) and agents who hang out here. Owned by Andy Fiscella who partnered up with Tsubi, the word is out on this dark bar that was once great for dates but is now more for being seen.
