It's all about the rooftop at this third-story, covered deck where John Cusack, Smashing Pumpkins Billy Corgan , Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, Kiss, Chicago Redwings Players, Scottie Pippin, Derek Jeter, LeAnn Rimes, Tommy Lee and Michael Jordan have all been spotted. The David Rockwell designed Chicago location, which (like its New York and South Beach name sakes) combines Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines, serves up the faves - Nina Fresa with muddled strawberries and strawberry vodka and the classic Caipirinha, sawagani (the tiny Japanese river crabs that are flash-fried, salted and eaten whole; or as one bartender had put it: "Walking potato chips"), lobster ceviche, anticuchos, moqueca mista, Passionfruit Pudim, and the Tres Lietes. Best of all though, the spot is open 'til midnight seven days a week.
